- 1/4 lb chicken
- 2 oz egg noodles
- 1/2 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 oz mushrooms
- soy sauce
- peanut butter
- sriracha
- 1/2 lb chicken
- 4 oz egg noodles
- 1 onion
- 2 bell pepper

Instructions
- Meanwhile, slice the veggies and chicken
- Once water is boiling, add in noodles and cook according to package instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan, and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Once done, remove chicken from pan and set aside
- Add veggies to the pan and cook another 5-7 minutes
- Add noodles and chicken into the pan with the veggies, and toss with peanut butter, soy sauce, and sriracha
- If you're in a rush, you can cook the chicken and veggies at the same time in two different pans
- Combine the ingredients for the sauce separately in a small container and whisk before adding it to the noodles
